Lucille Ball, Its 120 minutes Long. The life It's 120 minutes long. Biography of Lucille Ball (1911-89) is affectionately recalled in an ?American Masters? biography from 2000, which concentrates on her sitcom ?I Love Lucy? (1951-57). In addition, a few clips from some pre-?Lucy? films and post-?Lucy? series are featured, along with a brief sketch of her marriage---on-screen and off---to Desi Arnaz. Included are remarks by Carol Burnett, Fran Drescher and Dick Martin. Also: ?Lucy? director William Asher and ?Lucy? writers Bob Carroll and Madelyn Pugh-Davis.

Thnaks for the info. I saw a commercial for the show but I missed when it was going to be on and I couldn't find it anywhere. That's cool it's going to be on August 5, the day before Lucy's birthday.

Does this mean that it is the American Masters Bio of Lucy that many of us have already seen, or is it something new that Lifetime put together?
