"It was the revival of the television series that had made him such an iconic character that was triggering for the two women," reports The Hollywood Reporter's Kim Masters. "Zoe, now 40, and Lily, now 31, both allege they were sexually assaulted by actor Chris Noth. The two women — who approached The Hollywood Reporter separately, months apart, and who do not know each other — said promotions and press reports of HBO Max’s Sex and the City sequel series And Just Like That, in which Noth reprises his role as Mr. Big, stirred painful memories of incidents they say occurred in Los Angeles in 2004 and in New York in 2015, respectively." Noth denied the allegations in a statement he sent to The Hollywood Reporter: “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false," he said. "These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago — no always means no — that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.” The first woman, whom The Hollywood Reporter is calling Zoe to protect her privacy, alleges the sexual assault took place in Los Angeles shortly after she graduated from college in 2004 when she was 22 and she was working for a high-profile firm where Noth and other celebrities regularly had business. After the incident, Zoe went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she reported being raped to two police officers. “I had stitches. Two police officers came. I wouldn’t say who it was,” Zoe says. The other incident allegedly took place in 2015 in New York City with a woman The Hollywood Reporter is calling Lily to protect her privacy. Lily was 25 when she met the then-60-year-old Noth. She says Noth brought her to his Greenwich Village apartment and sexually assaulted her. Lily tells The Hollywood Reporter -- which reviewed text messages between her and Noth -- that after the alleged incident, “I went to the bathroom and put on my skirt. I was feeling awful. Totally violated. All of my dreams with this star I loved for years were gone."

Peloton takes down its viral And Just Like That response ad after Chris Noth was accused of sexual assaulting two women (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/peloton-chris-noth-sexual-assault-allegations-1235063871/)

The exercise equipment company removed the ad, which was filmed Saturday and posted Sunday, from its Twitter, Instagram and YouTube accounts following The Hollywood Reporter's story (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/chris-noth-accused-of-sexual-assault-1235063596/) this morning detailing the allegations by two women of Noth sexually assaulting them in 2004 and 2015, respectively. Noth has denied both allegations.

Police are investigating sexual assault allegations against Chris Noth (https://deadline.com/2021/12/chris-noth-police-investigation-sexual-assault-allegations-los-angeles-1234892271/)

One of the two women who alleged to The Hollywood Reporter (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/chris-noth-accused-of-sexual-assault-1235063596/) that the Sex and the City and The Equalizer star sexually assaulted her at his West Hollywood apartment in 2004 says she spoke to two police officers while at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following the alleged incident. “We are still looking into the nature of the report and trying to narrow down where, when and if where the report was filed,” LAPD Sgt. Bruce Borihanh told Deadline. The alleged incident may have crossover with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department since West Hollywood falls under its jurisdiction. (Cedars-Sinai is under the LAPD's jurisdiction.) Deadline contacted Noth's recently obtained attorney, Andrew Brettler, who said: "No one from any law enforcement agency has contacted Chris or any of his representatives. Obviously if anyone does reach out, we will cooperate fully.”

Zoe Lister-Jones accuses Chris Noth of being "a sexual predator" (https://www.thewrap.com/actress-zoe-lister-jones-calls-chris-noth-a-sexual-predator-accuses-him-of-being-drunk-on-set/)

The former Life in Pieces star is not the "Zoe" who accused Noth in The Hollywood Reporter's story (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/chris-noth-accused-of-sexual-assault-1235063596/) on two women who alleged the actor sexually assaulted them. But in an Instagram post (https://www.instagram.com/p/CXkIGX7vS04/), Lister-Jones says she witnessed Noth being "sexually inappropriate." “Last week my friend asked me how I felt about Mr. Big’s death on And Just Like That, and I said, honestly, I felt relieved," Lister-Jones wrote. "He asked why and I told him it was because I couldn’t separate the actor from the man, and the man is a sexual predator. My friend was alarmed at my word choice. And to be honest, so was I. I hadn’t thought of this man for so many years, and yet there was a virility to my language that came from somewhere deep and buried. In my twenties I worked at a club in NY that Chris Noth owned and on the few occasions he would show up, he was consistently sexually inappropriate with a fellow female promoter. That same year I was a guest star on Law and Order and it was his first episode after returning as a detective after SATC. He was drunk on set." Lister-Jones guest-starred on a 2005 episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE_7NtGdGeM), which was Noth’s first appearance as Detective Mike Logan in the Law & Order franchise since 1998’s Exiled: A Law & Order Movie.

LAPD says "there is no investigation at this point" into one of the Chris Noth sexual assault allegations (https://deadline.com/2021/12/chris-noth-police-investigation-sexual-assault-allegations-los-angeles-1234892271/): Deadline says that "law enforcement sources informed us that the report had led to the beginning stages of a probe into the actor’s alleged actions. Now those well-positioned sources say that Zoe, as she was identified in The Hollywood Reporter story revealing the claims against Noth, spoke with police but did not actually file a formal report. With no formal report filed to the authorities, an investigation was not triggered."
Peloton explains why it deleted Chris Noth's viral And Just Like That response ad (https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/peloton-chris-noth-sexual-assault-allegations-1235063871/): “Every single sexual assault accusation must be taken seriously,” a Peloton spokesperson said. “We were unaware of these allegations when we featured Chris Noth in our response to HBO’s reboot. As we seek to learn more, we have stopped promoting this video and archived related social posts.” The viral ad was also deleted from producer Ryan Reynolds' Twitter account.

A 1995 restraining order filed that the former model Johnson filed and obtained by Page Six requested that Noth stay 500 yards away from her, her daughter and their dog. “Chris Noth punched me in the chest and ribs, injuring my ribs, making it difficult to breathe, punching and bruising my face and body in which I had to have medical attention,” Johnson alleged in the documents. “On July 27, 1995, he made repeated threats on my life making up to 25 calls per day threatening to kill me (and) destroy my face. Threatened to kill dog.” The judge approved the temporary restraining order and on Oct. 3, 1995, the order was modified into a mutual restraining order. "Neither party shall make any derogatory statements about the other of any nature or description to another person or entity not encourage or participate in any party making any such derogatory comments about the other to any third person or entity,” the judge wrote in the order. Reps for Noth and Johnson did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment. Here's a 25-year-old with a 60-year-old, obviously wearing lingerie at most:

“I went to the bathroom and put on my skirt. I was feeling awful. Totally violated. All of my dreams with this star I loved for years were gone."

So she has taken off her clothes in the room with Noth, yet she claims it wasn't consensual sex? Something doesn't add up, in that case. What did she think the man had in mind when she was with him without her clothes on?
