At least The Middle isn't being scaled back for this piece of garbage, I can't stand The Office. :barf:

Since movies airs Saturday’s & Sunday’s it would be nice if they let the middle air Saturday’s & Sundays from 12AM-2AM.

This was the blog story. The line about the shift away from family programming on weekdays concerns me. They had better not be dropping The Middle whenever its contract expires as a result of this shift. :mad:

Yes BUT the blog also says the middle is more adult themed.I don’t know if we can count on Hallmark Channel to air the middle as well. The only other cable channels that could pick it up are TBS & USA and Viacom Networks nick@niTe or TVLAND or CMT. All Viacom Channels will edit the show and stick it from 4AM-6AM. Currently there is no Cable Network that focuses on Family Sitcoms.

Since it says movies will exclusively be on weekends, but there are still weekday movies from 2-6PM, blog was referring to 6PM onward in primetime where The Office trash is completely replacing movies there. The Middle is not irreverant, adult comedy, it is mostly a family friendly show nothing like Family Guy trash or The Office trash. But if they do have plans of expanding this bad new trend, The Middle could be on its way out if they won't renew the contract, or worse downgraded to the 7AM block where Black-Ish is. I hope I am wrong on that and The Middle sticks around, at 10:30AM or later.

What a thoughtful add. Certainly can't see that show anywhere else.

Let’s hope Hallmark Channel will Return the middle in 2022.

On Saturday, April 9, Freeform will start showing The Office on Saturday nights starting at 6:30 PM, cutting back on their movies.
