C++ is only for applications and programs. This has to be made from a video type of program. I'll ask the developer how he made it. The developer is a professional I believe. All in all, the game looks VERY good, I am hyped about it's release.

Wow that does look cool! I wonder what it's like...Do the roommates have to face obsticals to get away from the landlord trying to get the rent? lol. I probably wouldn't be able to play it w/ my webtv. :( but it'd probably be fun!

Well you download the zip file and unzip it--then you install it, it doesn't take long at all. It is a great game so far, can't wait to see the finish product!

Pß, after it finished downloading, a window popped up saying:

Program Not Found

Windows cannot find Program.

This program is needed for opening files of type 'ZIP file.'

Location of Program:

Then there's a box that has C:\ in it. I don't know what to type in there!

You have to unzip it with WinZip. Then you install the game. So, you have to get winzip.

I am having a bit of trouble. The game starts fine up until the point where Mr. Furley comes to the door. Then he tells you to go to Angelino's, then the screen goes black and it says get ready. That's when Jack walks across the screen and stops in the middle. That's also where it freezes and I have to shut off my computer. What is wrong?

Yea That happened to me and someone else I talked to... Looks like the amount of Memory your computer has isn't enough to run the game...... This comp is 366mhz and 64MB of ram and it aint enough to handle it lol (Only using this till we get our laptop back)

I think it works well for Windows 2000 and XP only. The developer has Win 2000 and I have XP and it runs fine with both of those.

It's not the memory because this is only a year old computer and I have about 16 GB and 256 MB ram. I also have windows ME.
pavanbadal,
could you please ask the developer about this?
:) :) :) :) :)

AOL? AOL is not suppose to open it. Maybe you should move it somewhere else in your harddrove, maybe My Documents doesn't have enough room. Open it from Windows Explorer, rather than AOL.

I'll contact the creator, and see what happened. It was working earlier today, and some people got to play it fine.

Just wanted to chime in and post a little feedback on the game, my PC setup, and the whole experience.

First off.. my PC at home is pretty crappy by today's standards. But maybe this'll give someone hope that the game will run fine.

My PC Specs:
AMD K6-2 350 with 3DNow
196 MB PC 100 Ram
Win98SE
ATI All-In-Wonder Pro 128 (Rage graphics) (8MB of VRam I think)
80GB HD

....

The game took a few minutes to load. Once it loaded, it seemed to play just fine however there were a few things that showed my PC limits like the Animations. The sounds would trigger... then it would have an abnormally long delay between the door being answered.. the laughtrack playing.. and then finally the person who was at the door talking and the info box poping up with what the person wants.

But that's a very minor thing to point out. The animations are not the game.. but just the setup for the games you actually end up playing.

I made it to the second minigame just fine. Walking around outside was pretty cool too. Very Grand Theft Auto... but much prettier than the original GTA ;) .

The minigames ran fine. There were minor bits of slow down at certain parts in the first one (I won't give out details what they were.. as that would ruin anyone who wants to experience the game without spoilers ;) ). But again.. nothing that bothersome.. and I'll be playing this game all the way through.

Nicely, after you finish a minigame.. and you have to go back to the appartment or somewhere else.. the game auto saves. So you don't have to start over from scratch if you loose. However, it's kind of sad the creator only gives you 3 lives... when at the same time your unlimited on lives since you can just load up your last save ;) . Unlimited lives to begin with.. with saving.. would have been cool. Still minor minor stuff.

Any 3's fan will be very happy playing this game. And now that you know my PC specs... maybe it'll give you hope if you thought your PC was crappy (well, unless yours is more crappy than mine is
