I tried to find information on why Rhoda Gemignani was replaced but I could not find anything on it but I never cared for Yvonne's character, Rhoda was better in my opinion

The same thing can be asked concerning the role of Danny's mother. In season three, the character was taken over for one episode by the late and legendary Doris Roberts.

Doris Roberts (https://www.thewrap.com/doris-roberts-7-most-memorable-roles-everybody-loves-raymond/) was one of the Miller-Milkis-Boyett group's favorite "go-to" performers. She had done (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doris_Roberts#Filmography) Angie (https://nostalgiacentral.com/television/tv-by-decade/tv-shows-1970s/angie/) for them back in 1979-80, where she played the titular character's mother. She was also on Perfect Strangers (http://www.perfectstrangers.tv/episodeguide60.htm) and Step by Step (https://www.bustle.com/articles/155468-doris-roberts-was-in-your-favorite-90s-early-00s-shows-you-had-no-idea).

I didn't know that Yvonne Wilder pretty much retired from acting (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yvonne_Wilder#Filmography) in 1993 (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0928648/), which is less than two years before Full House concluded. So, it goes without saying that Yvonne could've in theory, made more appearances (https://www.reddit.com/r/fullhouse/comments/hzmds9/comment/fzkwyfd/) on Full House had she remained an active actress a bit longer.

I guess that I should've instead said that I find it odd that we never saw Nick (https://fuller-house.fandom.com/wiki/Nick_Katsopolis) and Irene beyond Jesse and Becky's wedding. I mean, why were as far as I know and can remember, nowhere to be found (https://www.reddit.com/r/fullhouse/comments/hzmds9/comment/fzndyki/) when Becky gave birth to the twins? One of Jesse and Becky's sons, Nicky (https://fuller-house.fandom.com/wiki/Nicky_Katsopolis), is literally named after Jesse's dad.

I liked the original actress who played Irene better than Yvonne. I don't like that she never made an appearance beyond a few episodes in early seasons.
