Get ready to test your music knowledge as NBC will debut That's My Jam set to launch in January. In this new game show teams of contestants try to guess the names of popular songs for a prize. Jimmy Fallon will also serve as the host for this show. I saw the preview during the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and I think it copies Name That Tune and I cannot figure out why every new music game show copies Name That Tune. A sneak peek episode will debut later next month but I think That's My Jam will fail greatly

Jimmy Fallon’s "That’s My Jam" Renewed for Season 3 at NBC

Jimmy Fallon will keep jamming in primetime for NBC. "That’s My Jam", the musical game show led by "The Tonight Show" host, has been renewed for a third season.

Each episode features two teams of two celebrities competing for a charity of their choice in a series of music, dance and trivia-based games and musical performances.



It has performed well for NBC; the season 2 premiere averaged 31% higher ratings than the first season’s average and it continued to outperform season 1 over its run.

Season 2 ran from March to May 2023.



“Jimmy brings music, comedy, games and celebrities together in a way that only he can, and it’s what makes That’s My Jam an undeniable hit,” said Corie Henson, EVP, Unscripted Content, NBCUniversal Entertainment.

“We can’t wait for the show to return for a third season with even more brilliant performances and viral moments audiences can’t seem to get enough of.”
