Without naming any Websites, I was a member at one particular Website and gave a PRIVATE link to my ACTUAL picture to a Member on there. He seemed wise and was a Member in Good Standing. A while later, he was banned for being a Sock whose Original Account was banned for being a Scammer. I realized in Horror I gave a Scammer a link to my ACTUAL picture. :eek:Sure enough, on the Website, my picture was linked to another Website I was not a Member of and had never even heard of.:eek:

I joined the second Website with the sole purpose of getting the Owner to take down that Thread that linked to my photo I sent in PRIVATE, not knowing the person I sent it to was a Scammer at the time. The Owner admitted he saw red flags about me before I even joined(That's gotta be a record. Having a Website Owner be suspicious of me before I even joined, but in all honesty, these two different Websites had similar concepts so he must have been like,"This Janice person seems annoying". On my first thread, I begun gushing about the Website and Posters raised their eyebrows. My goal at first was to get my picture link off that Website and then never come back, which is why I came off as so fake my first thread there.

The Owner was like,"If you prove you are legitimate, I'll remove the thread." A Poster gave me the advice to just remove the photo from the Website I originally uploaded it to and pointed out if this was REALLY not me, I wouldn't have access to remove the picture. I took his advice and removed my picture from the original Website I originally uploaded my picture to, so there was no more picture of me on the Second Website. I decided to stay at the second Website for real as it is a cool and laid back Website, much more lenient, tolerant, and open then the first Website. In an ironic twist of events, I am banned at the first Website but still have an Account at the Second Website. Funny how that worked out.
