I remember my thing in the late '90s was "MadTV" from 11pm - 12am and then two "Tales from the Crypt" eps. from 12am - 1am on Saturday nights.

I also watched "Unhappily Ever After" reruns during the early morning hours.

Doctor Who. My parents let me stay up late to watch it when I was ten, and it was on our local PBS station on Saturday nights.

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno- I just wish I could see his classic episodes from the 90s and early 2000s as I did not have my own TV until 2003. It would be nice if LAFF aired Jay's Tonight Shows like Antenna TV has done with Johnny Carson. I would also like to see the shows where Jay guest hosted for Johnny.
