Did Waldo have a funny voice?

Did anybody find Waldo (https://familymatters.fandom.com/wiki/Waldo_Geraldo_Faldo)'s character (https://www.lipstickalley.com/threads/dumber-waldo-of-family-matters-or-kim-parker-of-the-parkers.1900485/) offensive? To me, Waldo's voice wasn't as funny as Steve Urkel. He didn't have Urkel's strange laugh.

^^^ I guess Waldo's charm was in what he had to say. When he wasn't asking a person, "What's up?" he was saying, "No prob, bob!" :D :D :D
