Well, how are you laying when you wake up??;) Anyways. I can ususally sleep on all three, but it's kinda hard for me to sleep on my stomach. Dunno, it gets uncomfortable and stuffy. Then I go on my back...but then I like sleeping on my stomach more, so I lay on my stomach...and that repition for about a half hour till I go to sleep. Can't sleep on back for I did for awhile for heard less wrinkles would come to your face. I guess with face upward the skin would droop back. But after a while I develop a click in my jaws. Felt I had that TMJ bit and wore a teeth guard. Then one day decided to go back to my stomach side and the click in my jaw went away. |
