"Adele One Night Only" Special with Oprah Interview Set on CBS

CBS will air "Adele One Night Only", a two-hour special that includes the performer’s first new material in six years, on Sunday, Nov. 14 at 8:30 PM ET/8 PM PT.

The special also will be available for streaming on Paramount+.




The special, which comes five days before the release of her fourth album '30', includes several of Adele’s hits and never-before heard songs. It also will feature an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey in the singer’s first televised conversation about her new album, the stories behind the songs, life after divorce, weight loss and raising her son.

"Adele One Night Only" is produced by Fulwell 73 Productions and Onward Productions in association with Harpo Productions. Executive producers are Ben Winston, Adele, Jonathan Dickins and Raj Kapoor.

"Adele One Night Only" CBS Special Grabs over 9 Million Viewers

Adele brought CBS its second-biggest audience on Sunday evening as the singer’s "Adele One Night Only" special earned more than nine million viewers. In fast affiliates the CBS special drew in a 1.5 rating in the 18-49 demo and 9.60 million eyeballs.

Updated numbers have the special closer to 10M with a 9.92 million count set to rise pending adjustment.




The CBS special saw the singer perform her latest hit “Easy On Me” along with beloved numbers including “Someone Like You,” “Rolling In The Deep” and “Hello.”

The concert at the Griffith Observatory helped lead non-sports primetime programming on Sunday, following "60 Minutes" (1.9, 12.52M) which led non-sports fare.

I really enjoyed it. She sounded phenomenal and looked as stunning as ever.

I finally watched it on my DVR. I agree that she was phenomenal.

The only thing I didn't like were those large Saturn earrings. They kept dangling whenever she moved. :lol:
