The 50th Anniversary I Love Lucy special has been nominated for an Emmy! It's in the catagory 'Outstanding Special Class Program'. It's up against the following specials/series:

"AFI’s 100 Years...100 Thrills: America’s Most Heart-Pounding Movies"
"Survivor"
"Trading Spaces"
"The West Wing" (The Documentary that aired on NBC)

Thanks for the info. I had no idea it was nominated for an Emmy. I loved that special and I've watched it several times since I taped it. I hope it wins although I have a strande feeling that Trading Spaces might win. Please let me be wrong.

As long as Survivor doesn't win. :p

WOW! I never knew that. Where did you find the information at Sean? Anyways, I am surprised of it being nominated. I hope The I Love Lucy 50th Anniversary Special wins the award despite how much I like Survivor. Go Lucy!

As much as I loved the special, I think that Trading Spaces is a better show, personally.
