The skeletal remains of a woolly mammoth, which died between 11,000 and 15,000 years ago, were discovered in early October by a soy bean farmer near Chelsea, Michigan, about 10 miles southwest of Ann Arbor.:eek:

Mammoth excavations are fairly common in this area. Those tusks are massive! I had a mammoth tusk in my work office for a while, before it went on display, back in... 2013-ish.

Wow! Years ago in the town I live in, some kid discovered a woolly mammoth.
