Have you ever noticed that the house was always in order and never a mess? I could be mistaken, but the only time I saw any of the girls clean was when Blanche's sister, Virginia, came to visit Blanche when she was having surgery. Other than that time, were there any other times that they cleaned? I know that that they didn't have a housekeeper. I wonder who cleaned, we hardly ever saw them clean.

They cleaned during commercial breaks. :lol:

I think they MAY have had a maid, or they just didn't clean "on-air" lol. They did have gardeners, and they hired a maid once, it was a whole episode, the one with Marguerite, and the girls think she has "powers" and put a curse on them after they fired her.

Other than that, i guess they weren't there enough to get the place dirty :) lol

Ever notice that in the first season, there were no windows in Rose's bedroom? In season two and forward she had big windows! The wallpaper in the kitchen changed too in the middle of season 1 and it was a good change. And the lanie, in the pilot it was where blanche's bedroom was and was layed out differently. And of course, Sophia seemed a lot different in the first season, the hair and the voice and the lack of a solid story.
