View Full Version : Is Azteca-TV sexist?

Was surfing my way through the local over-the-air-only diginet channels recently, and really noticed for the very first time the type of programming they carry on Azteca network.

Guys unashamedly oggling women's bodies, treating them pretty much like objects, gals wearing uber tight slacks with no undergarments, and male supplement commercials that were orders of magnitude more explicit on what benefits were available to the customer.

I'm not easily embarrassed, but I was a little shocked that they are openly advocating views and behavior that I thought all the #me-too shrews had banished from the airwaves.

Anybody else notice the difference between what they get away with, vs what we are told we should be ashamed of?

No just behaving your average straight males when in the presence of a hot gal.

I agree, but I thought that the "official screed" on that was that such enthusiasm was deemed aberrant behavior?
