Does anyone else see the exclamation point on the girls front door? Does that symbloizies anything?

As an interesting side note, if there are any Ellen fans out there who might have gotten the DVDs, watch the episode "The Tape". The Golden Girls door appears in it. I was watching and at one point Ellen goes goes over to the house of the guy she's dating. When he opened the door i thought it looked a lot like the GG door. Well when she walks in and he closes it i saw the exclamation point! It was actually very exciting to see the door again. Nice to know they didn't throw it away when the series ended. Still, it definitely seemed out of place at his apartment.

when i ordered my 1st sesason dvd set from amazon.com i clicked on a link that said facts about the gg... one of them said dorothy carved the exclamation point on the door before the first episode...
