Stam Fine Reviews looks at Tom Baker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VR0xGZSVYqo)'s final season as The Doctor. Season 18 was a year of change for the show, starting with an updated look, new titles, new sounds, and new companions. Doctor Who entered the 1980s with a dollop of style and a hint of scientific believability. Also stars Lalla Ward (Romana), John Leeson (voice of K9), Matthew Waterhouse (Adric), Sarah Sutton (Nyssa), Janet Fielding (Tegan), and Anthony Ainley as The Master. John Nathan-Turner also began his decade long run as Producer here. And K-9 even got his own spin-off programme, K-9 and Company.

I enjoy these Stam Fine Reviews. The guy is quite funny. I like how he skewers Adric at every possible opportunity. And the unnecessary bleeping of Tegan's dialog is hilarious.

Season 18 is one of my favorites. Romana 2 is there (for a while), Nyssa's an adequate replacement for her, and Tom Baker, as always, is wonderful. One of my favorite episodes of all time, "State of Decay", is in Season 18.
