You have to admit, it's the hot topic on the 'Cheers' curcit. So, what is it all about? Well, we don't exactly know. It pretty much begins with Sam having a 10 year reunion of the bar, to also celebrate Rebecca and Don's 10th year anniversary. When he invites everyone to join the fun, who all shows up will be a surprise. I guess the one question that is one everyone's mind is 'will Diane and Sam get married?' Yet another unknown detail about the reunion. So, what do you all think, should they get married, or are they just too different to be together? ((and don't tell me that I sound like a reporter or journalist, because that's what I am))

I think that they should get married but I know some people will disagree with me.

It can't be to celebrate Don & Rebecca's Anniversary because they split up. In the episode of Frasier where Sam comes to visit, he tells Frasier that Donnie left Rebecca after he became a millionaire after inventing some plumbing contraption.

what i think should happen is starting on September 30, 2002, a big Cheers reunion/promo/anniversary/etc/etc thing should go on, until May 20, 2003!! that'd be the 10th anniversary of the date it premiered to teh 10th anniversary to the date it ended.

N@N, NBC, all syndication channels, paramount...what the heck, everyone on tv should pitch in! (news channels can do new reports/documentaries on it, mtv can make a music video of the theme song, lifetime could make shows about teh women of cheers, espn can do fake reports on sam in his 'mayday' yrs...etc) lol j/k!

When is this eleged anniversery any way

So I heard wrong. Sue me, okay? The reunion is set to air Fall 2003. The only members of that cast that have agreed to a reunion are Rhea, George, John, and Shelley. And yes, I know for a fact that there is going to be a reunion. The only way there wouldn't be is if Sam didn't join, and they are probably going to offer him as much money as they can to get him to do a 90 minute movie.
