I liked this episode. It should have ben the final one.

When they filmed that episode, they had no idea whether they would be picked up for another year or not. Then it was preempted for its initial run, because Apollo 13 was having issues and that meant "breaking news" on most channels. By the time it aired, they *still* didn't know whether they would be making a season 6. So if it seems out of order, it was.

I believe that it was the two episodes that come AFTER Hurricane Jeannie (in syndication and on the DVDs) that were preempted the two weeks before Hurricane Jeannie ORIGINALLY aired. That's why they were shown AFTER Hurricane Jeannie in primetime and that's also why they come after it in syndication and on the DVDs. Hurricane Jeannie was the last episode filmed and was intended to be the last episode shown. I wish when the show went into syndication and was put out on DVD, Sony would have corrected the order and aired Hurricane Jeannie as the last episode. They did that with The Nanny. Even though the episode NUMBERS are the same, they air it as it was intended (originally a few episodes of the last season were not shown until the summer AFTER the finale episode aired in the spring). So, say for instance, the final episode is #24, and two episodes intended to be shown before it were held until the summer, the DVD shows #25, #26, and then #24 (the final episode when they move to California). It is also shown that way in syndication. If only that was done for Jeannie and Hurricane Jeannie was aired as the final episode, the way it was INTENDED to be aired.
