I am watching Season 1 of The Conners.

Mark calls Jackie "Aunt Jackie".

Why does he call her that?

Jackie is his Mom's Mom's Sister.

Wouldn't Grandma Jackie be more correct?

This is in "One Flew Over The Conners' Nest".

She's his great aunt, not his grandma.

So then is Mark (Darlene's son), Jackie's Great Nephew?
