I discovered a song called Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough that was sung by Travis Tritt and his daughter Tyler Reese Tritt and it's a nice wonderful ballad. I learned that it's a cover of a song of the same name by Don Henley and Patty Smyth that was a hit in the 90's on the soft rock charts and I want to know the story behind this song. Were Patty Smyth and Don Henley crushes or was Patty gonna be the opening act for The Eagles but Don asked her to record a duet with him as part of the deal? I do know that Patty Smyth was part of the group Scandal in the 80's before this song came out
