I'm kind of surprised Rewind TV, owned by Nexstar, didn't clear on WPHL 17, a Nexstar owned station.

As WPHL shares a frequency with WUVP, maybe it is capped at only 3 subchannels. Antenna is on one of the subchannels, and maybe WPHL/Nexstar can't drop CourtTV or Comet by contract yet. Then again, WPSG also airs Comet, so not sure really why it can't be dropped off to make room for Rewind TV.

The way they promoted this sh*t was so pathetic. It was a big announcement about the ATV “mystery” spinoff network and this is what we got. Not the worst but it was far from what I expected. Other than 227 and Designing Women, there is nothing to look forward to weeknights.

Not in Philly but you could move out of Philly to Scranton, or New York or another market where it is offered. Then in your new place, buy an antenna and then you can watch Rewind TV.
