By having one of the Angels be an ex-professional model instead of having a legitimate law enforcement background, didn't it just reinforce the argument by critics that Charlie's Angels was really just a T&A show instead of a serious crime drama?
To a lesser extent, this could also be argued about stunt-casting Shelley Hack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wygK4k5LDc), who at the time of joining Charlie's Angels, was the face of Revlon's Charlie perfume.
