Before I start telling you about these commercials be prepared to give a big yell of !!! SURGE !!! In 1997 Surge debuted on shelves and was proven to be a huge seller. To honor it's debut a series of commercials were made and which the classic yell was used and it was indeed a hit. But as with all sodas Surge left store shelves in 2000 but despite a hit commercial and a classic slogan Surge was a cool soda. Believe it or not I first tried Surge during a Walt Disney World vacation and was blown away by the taste but I wish it would make a comeback
