Some people may claim that there is no actual Sara Lee and Sara Lee is just the name of the pie brand. In 1989 Sara Lee launched a series of commercials hosted by Sara Lee herself and she gives wonderful cooking advice and ideas for making Sara Lee pies and there's even a commercial where Sara Lee talks about how she got interested in cooking and how her father named the company after her. Sara Lee is a wonderful lady and through these commercials I hope you'll learn a bit of history too. These commercials ran until 1991 but are a treasure trove for the commercial fan
