After he became The Six Million Dollar Man Lee Majors became the spokesman for Diet Rite in a series of commercials that aired circa the 80's. The two best Diet Rite commercials with Lee are one where he is a boxer and then there is one where he tries to impress his crush by offering her a Diet Rite. I don't know how they picked Lee Majors but he sure helped sell a lot of Diet Rite during the 80's
