When I was listening to my morning music routine I found the Lenny Kravitz song It Ain't Over Til It's Over from his 1991 album Mama Said and when I heard the song I think Lenny was trying to go for a 70's soul sound and it sounded surprising to me. I'm surprised that Earth Wind And Fire didn't sue Lenny Kravitz for copying That's The Way Of The World for this song

Is this too old for a new reply?
Yes, I've always believed he was, and because of this, I wasn't as much of a fan of that album as I was of his first and third ones. That being said, if Earth, Wind, and Fire was looking to sue him over it, they would've had to wait in line because there were a lot of bands that sounded that way during the 1970s... none of which I can think of off hand, but it did seem pretty common.
