View Full Version : Antenna TV Upcoming Changes in Fall 2021
Merry24 07-08-2021, 10:55 PM I read on you tube saying that Antenna TV will be adding Westerns Sci-Fi & Dramas coming 2021/Early 2022. Is there any truth behinde that? I hope not I love Antenna TV is exclusively Sitcoms.
I remember a while back I remember reading Antenna TV will be picking up 2 shows coming Fall of 2021-4th Quarter. Does anyone know what the shows are? Or what decades they aired in? Is there any other additional information on any other shows being added to Antenna TV in 2021-4th Quarter?
Sorry I’m probably the odd one out but I’m Looking forward to the upcoming Antenna TV’s Fall 2021 4th Quarter schedule than I am Rewind TV.
icecream 07-08-2021, 11:04 PM I would not want any westerns on Antenna TV. But I miss when they aired good dramas like Dragnet, Adam-12, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
Merry24 07-08-2021, 11:12 PM The one thing I definitely don’t want Antenna TV to Readd is Antenna TV Theater and or Movies.
Yes, I agreed about some of those shows ice cream. The Three Stooges & Here Come The Brides & Flipper & The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin & Circus Boy & of course The Monkee’s!!
It would be wonderful to see Bachelor Father & The Patty Duke Show & Mister Ed & Leave It To Beaver & The Monkee’s all Return!
It would also be wonderful to see other shows as well that haven’t been seen on Antenna TV.
Svenfan1234 07-09-2021, 09:59 AM Antenna's decided to be sitcoms only from now on so I doubt that'll change at all. I too am curious about the fall schedule, but also what Rewind's launch schedule will look like.
SarahBellum 07-09-2021, 10:08 AM Antenna doesn't need to add westerns. Me TV and Grit have enough of them. I wonder who watches westerns nowadays - grumpy old men?
icecream 07-09-2021, 12:09 PM Antenna doesn't need to add westerns. Me TV and Grit have enough of them. I wonder who watches westerns nowadays - grumpy old men?Grit is a waste of space on my cable lineup. I would gladly trade it for Decades.
Svenfan1234 07-09-2021, 12:16 PM Merry24, can you link the video of this that you found?
Charley Knox 07-09-2021, 12:16 PM I wonder who watches westerns nowadays - grumpy old men?
and sour puss old women. The western shows and movies on both networks are really wearing out their welcome. I don't know why Grit won't switch it up a little and play some old war movies?
Charley Knox 07-09-2021, 01:13 PM People who watch westerns tend to believe in things like self-reliance and minding your own business, so they don't complain about others very much. People who do complain a lot tend not to like the kinds of values expressed in westerns. So it's easy to see why westerns still get shown when the only people talking about them are complainers.
I like to have a time machine so I could load all the western TV fans in it and send them back so they could experience what the old west was really like. Promise you they would never want to watch another western show or movie ever again.

Put them in Sherman and Mr. Peabody's "Waback" machine LOL!

Now there's an idea!
AMackII 07-10-2021, 12:39 PM Classic Dramas & SciFi would work well with Antenna TV along with Sitcoms, not Westerns.
Merry24 07-10-2021, 01:24 PM Go to you tube type in Rewind TV will complement Antenna TV, not replace it.
Than in the comment section someone put about the addition of Westerns dramas & Sci-Fi. My question is there any truth into that comment?

That's good to hear
icecream 07-28-2021, 09:40 AM I really want both channels on Comcast now with Wings finally getting a good hour at 7PM, plus Family Ties and Head of the Class in good hours 7 days a week. I wasn't sure what the 2015 returning show was, am glad it is Too Close for Comfort and not All in the Family or Good Times. But Bachelor Father is still what I would want back the most, too bad that doesn't seem likely ever. :( I was actually right about my initial thought of Coach staying on Antenna! Coach must be doing gangbusters to still air there even with the channel split and still have its post Johnny Carson slot.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, that there is no way you can prove Coach is doing "gangbusters" besides your personal bias.
Svenfan1234 07-28-2021, 10:43 AM It seems like such a waste not to split the two channels. Rewind is for the 80s and 90s and they should let Antenna strictly be 50s-70s except for Johnny Carson. I wonder if they are waiting before they send more shows on Rewind. I thought I heard that Antenna was removing all their 80s and 90s shows before in the fall but I guess I was mistaken? The Sunday lineup is excellent, though.

I hope when they get rid of the 80s and 90s shows, they cut down on the back-to-back episodes.

If Coach were not doing well, Antenna TV would not repeatedly keep it in a prime 11PM slot with Johnny Carson as its direct lead-in.
Crusinforabrusin2.5 07-28-2021, 11:08 AM Antenna TV has always been the worst of the subchannels. They play way too many lousy 80s-90s shows and some bad older shows too (Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie). They have some good shows such as The Jeffersons and Barney Miller, but their lineup is incredibly weak.
Merry24 07-28-2021, 11:28 AM I feel they should of had
Weekdays

3pm-4pm Silver Spoons
4pm-5pm Mork & Mindy
5pm-6pm The Partridge Family
6pm-7pm Hazel
Sunday’s

I’m happy to see them break it up but there is still 2 many 80’s Sitcoms on Antenna TV. Where is Mister Ed? and other 50’s & 60’s & 70’s Sitcoms?
What is Antenna TV doing for

icecream 07-28-2021, 12:02 PM Antenna TV has always been the worst of the subchannels. They play way too many lousy 80s-90s shows and some bad older shows too (Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie). They have some good shows such as The Jeffersons and Barney Miller, but their lineup is incredibly weak.Wow. I would say Antenna TV/Rewind have an excellent variety of great and good shows. Diginets that are a whole lot worse are Grit and Justice (I think that is the true crime channel on 249). I have absolutely no use for those two except the Dragnet marathon Justice airs on Christmas night, which they repeated the exact same episodes from the previous Christmas. Bounce isn't worth much, only good show they have besides Law and Order which I can see several places is Without a Trace. What started out as Escape I would gladly trade for Decades. I like LAFF for Home Improvement and Grace Under Fire, but overall their variety is a lot weaker with total garbage from 5PM-2AM now. While I still want Me TV put on my cable system, Antenna's lineup might edge them out as all the MeTV westerns brings that station down.
My Rank of Antenna TV/Rewind's roster of shows
1. Benson
2. Wings
3. Barney Miller
4. Coach
5. Family Ties
6. Head of the Class
7. Murphy Brown
8. The Facts of Life
9. I Dream of Jeannie
10. Bewitched
11. My Two Dads
12. Diff'rent Strokes
13. The Jack Benny Program
14. Hazel
15. That Girl
16. Mork and Mindy
17. It's a Living
18. Johnny Carson
19. Growing Pains
20. Sabrina, the Teenage Witch
21. The Jeffersons
22. The Partridge Family
23. Too Close for Comfort
24. Burns and Allen
25. Silver Spoons
26. Caroline in the City
Those are just the shows I like. Weakest parts of the weekday schedule are 4-8PM and the noon hour. But overall it is still a wonderful variety.
icecream 07-28-2021, 12:05 PM Where is Mister Ed? and other 50’s & 60’s & 70’s Sitcoms?
What is Antenna TV doing for
LABOR DAY & HALLOWEEN stunts?Antenna TV lost the Mister Ed rights many years ago to a rival diginet. Odds are Halloween will be a Bewitched marathon on Antenna TV and a Sabrina, the Teenage Witch marathon on Rewind. I so miss Hitch-O-Ween back when they had Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
Svenfan1234 07-28-2021, 12:22 PM Your personal bias against Coach prevents you from saying anything good about it. If Coach were not doing well, Antenna TV would not repeatedly keep it in a prime 11PM slot with Johnny Carson as its direct lead-in.
You do not know that for sure. Sure, I don't like Coach, but I am more realistic than you in thinking that this is one of their top shows when it didn't even make the top 10 shows -- if it were SO insanely popular, it would've made the top 10. Well, luckily Rewind has the better show at the same timeslot.

I hope Antenna does add Mister Ed again. Nobody else is airing it right now but MeTV may end up getting the rights as they have Green Acres & The Addams Family. Nice to see Too Close for Comfort back, though! I just wish that they were sticking to the original premise of only 50s-70s sitcoms on Antenna + Johnny Carson re-runs. But Rewind will still be relatively new so they'll be doing lots of schedule changes to make sure what works & what doesn't. I also hope soon we'll find out about the affiliates Rewind will have.

Family Ties and The Facts of Life have done a lot worse than their top 10 finishes would indicate.

Weekdays
5pm-6pm Mork & Mindy
I agree Mork and Mindy would have been much preferable to Gimme a Break! in the 5PM hour. That is where Antenna TV tried Mork and Mindy when it first launched. Unfortunately it flopped hard and has been reduced to late nights and filler ever since.
Merry24 07-28-2021, 01:29 PM Sven, I agree with you totally! I was thinking Antenna TV was going to be 50’s, 60’s, 70’s/ Johnny Carson.
Yes, I would guess as well Bewitched would be the Halloween stunt on Antenna TV.
Mister Ed would of also of worked as a Halloween stunt as well if Antenna TV had the rights.
I was thinking for Antenna TV though New Years being a Magical New Years stunt With I Dream Of Jeannie New Years Eve 12AM-12AM. Than at 12AM-12AM New Years of Bewitched!
I hope I do NOT loose Antenna TV for Rewind TV.

I think either a New Year's marathon of I Dream of Jeannie or Thanksgiving Weekend marathon would be nice. I would also like to see them get Bachelor Father back, but I don't know how likely that would be. Also get The Real McCoys & Make Room for Daddy (I don't know if COZI still shows it, though, I don't think they do.) As for Rewind, I'd like to see them add Veronica's Closet and Just Shoot Me but shows like Blossom and Empty Nest would also be nice although Veronica's Closet seems like it'd fit right in with the others coming next year.
TVLegend 07-28-2021, 02:26 PM Real McCoys needs to come to MeTV

And The Real McCoys would definitely be a nice pickup. But ugh no on Veronica's Closet and Just Shoot Me. It is bad enough dreck like Suddenly Susan and Drew Carey will be coming. Antenna networks are still a majority of family friendly shows. It is one thing if the show pushing the envelope like Barney Miller or Wings is actually quality. But Veronica's Closet and Just Shoot Me are two of the worst shows ever made, turning out chunks like that is what started NBC on its downhill comedy direction. 90s shows that have not aired on a broadcast network in a very long time are Boy Meets World and Sister, Sister. Rewind should make that change and pick those wonderful shows up, it is high time they come to a diginet. Major Dad would also be nice, you would think someone would want to air it with how popular Gerald McRaney has been in other roles. Also Perfect Strangers, I have heard a lot of good things about that show but never seen it.
icecream 07-28-2021, 04:36 PM Real McCoys needs to come to MeTVNooo. Antenna TV would be better since I have that in my channels.
icecream 07-28-2021, 05:47 PM Benson is still getting terrible treatment despite Antenna TV multiplying into two stations now. Benson flopping so often while mediocre shows like Alice, Gimme a Break!, and Designing Women keep getting great slots is really sad. Seasons 2-5 of Benson are top notch.

icecream 07-29-2021, 11:39 PM Sparse coverage for Rewind starting out. So much for Wings finally in a great slot and others like Family Ties and Head of the Class if Fort Wayne won't have an affiliate. Antenna TV never should have split into two. But then Rewind will also be getting junk like Drew Carey, Suddenly Susan, and Just Shoot Me that I wouldn't want to see anyway. Someone was complaining on Rewind's Facebook page they won't have an affiliate despite Antenna TV being an owned and operated station in their area. This is the affiliate map Rewind posted.

Pavan 07-30-2021, 06:19 PM Stay tuned on Monday for the SitcomsOnline blog story on ATV/Rewind TV with some more details.
It's a shame that Rewind TV isn't coming to Massachusetts/New Hampshire.

icecream 08-01-2021, 02:32 PM Rewind TV is nothing all that different from Antenna tvThere is a difference for me: I won't have a Rewind affiliate. Antenna TV still has some good shows but I won't get to see Wings, Family Ties, Head of the Class, and others in their new great timeslots 7 days a week.
icecream 08-01-2021, 02:53 PM My not having a Rewind affiliate especially will suck from 3-8PM. All great or good shows there, while Antenna TV has a bunch of junk weekdays from 3-8 with the exception of That Girl. Really the only show I don't like on the 11AM-8PM Rewind block is Dear John.
Merry24 08-01-2021, 04:07 PM I would try to make Antenna TV less 80’s programming in prime spots. Here is my Fall Suggestion what I would of thought Antenna TV might of done.

Sundays on Antenna TV does feel like 80's Day
icecream 08-01-2021, 04:26 PM I really don't get why their ace Johnny Carson wouldn't air on both stations. A lot more affiliates would have been convinced to add Rewind if Johnny was there as well. This is what I would have scheduled for them.

Yeah I think alice has been on Antenna TV long enough and had many cycles. it was airing on Antenna TV this time last year
treky 08-03-2021, 02:01 AM I just wish Antenna TV would stop that *** **** CREDIT CRUNCH!!!!
It's a shame they do that; Antenna TV and ME TV used to be the 2 best "retro-channels". Now just ME TV is.

I just hope Rewind doesn’t credit crunch too but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do since they are owned by the same group as Antenna.
SarahBellum 08-03-2021, 12:17 PM Never was able to get into it
IMO the show improved in the later seasons due to cast changes. I didn't start watching Barney Miller on a regular basis until September, 1979 (season 6). I have a hard time watching some of the earlier episodes with Barney's wife and the gum-chewing, goofy-laughing Wojo. Also, Fish constantly complaining about his health and his wife got a bit stale.

Barbara Barrie went from a regular to occasional recurring fast, so after season 1 Barney's wife wasn't around nearly as much. I would at least give seasons 4 and 5 more tries. Fish was gone as a regular then with Dietrich having replaced him. And while Dietrich was an excellent addition, I would have rather Chano stayed on the whole show than Levitt and especially irritating Inspector Luger getting a lot of screen time in the later seasons.
BigManMike 08-03-2021, 02:03 PM Never was able to get into it
I never could get into either.

To clarify, the earlier episodes I was referring to above are seasons 1 and 2. The show seemed to improve starting with season 3, which included Hash episode, selected by many as the best episode of the series.
mikey0581 08-03-2021, 10:56 PM Does that mean in Chicago we are losing TBD channel since Rewind TV is taking 9.4. I am getting sick of them taking the channel we only have one of. Why not Court TV there's two channels of Court TV.
Merry24 08-04-2021, 11:56 PM I’m very happy to see Antenna TV deticate itself to the 50’s & 60’s & 70’s. While Rewind takes on the 80’s & 90’s.
There are a few things I don’t understand.
With Antenna TV deticating itself to the 50’s & 60’s & 70’s Why are they adding an 80’s Sitcom?
Nothing against the Sitcom but shouldn’t that be put on Rewind TV? When it was hinted a show was Returning from 2015. I though cool it’s got to be Mister Ed as it’s not currently shown anywhere else & it’s a 1960’s show following Antenna TV’s detication to 50’s & 60’s & 70’s.
Coach Thanksgiving Weekend again nothing against the show but it’s a 90’s Show and it now belongs on Rewind. Antenna TV should of gone with Shelly Fabares other Sitcom for Thanksgiving Weekend that being 50’s-60’s Sitcom of The Donna Reed Show. Or even a Thanksgiving parade Weekend of laughs with Jack Benny Program & Burns and Allen & SPECIAL 60’s of Johnny Carson.
Even Christmas Through the Years the 80’s Sitcoms that Antenna TV will be airring will be in Prime spots.
At this point I’m happy they divided Antenna & Rewind BUT Antenna TV really isn’t following what they said they were going to do besides add Welcome Back Kotter (70’s) Sitcom in January 2022. I just hope Antenna will live up to its word and it won’t be Antenna Early 80’s & Rewind All 80’s.
I guess Time will tell.
icecream 08-05-2021, 12:35 PM The Donna Reed Show is under contract to Decades, it would not be available for Antenna TV. I am glad Coach is staying and getting the Thanksgiving weekend marathon since I won't have a Rewind affiliate for now.
icecream 08-10-2021, 06:33 PM Today's Facts of Life marathon is nice. It is a vast upgrade over Antenna TV's regular 5-8PM lineup.
icecream 08-29-2021, 11:57 AM It still sucks that I won't have a Rewind affiliate with their great schedule. But at least Head of the Class is closing out its Antenna TV run today with their best episode, the Little Shop of Horrors two parter. Even TJ is likable in this one. Some here have complained about newer shows remaining on Antenna TV. But I am glad select shows like Coach (looking forward to the Thanksgiving week marathon :D), My Two Dads, and the returning Too Close for Comfort will still air on Antenna TV since I won't have Rewind for awhile.
Merry24 08-29-2021, 07:35 PM icecream that makes sense on why Antenna is still showing some 80’s/90’s programming. I didn’t understand why at first but what you said makes sense.
I’m a lot like that with Me TV & Decades. Decades has a lot of programming I want to see but on occasionally they will air at times on Me TV example special tributes and A Very Merry Me TV. (Sorry off subject).
This may have been posted, though here is Antenna's fall schedule:
https://antennatv.tv/east-west-schedule/
For the Rewind TV, it has a local affiliate, though it only says 28.3 On-Air, and nothing for the channel. So I wonder if I'll be able to watch it.
Our cable provider indeed does have Rewind. Yay. :)
TVFactFan 09-05-2021, 11:39 PM I dont like the primetime schedule..........6pm to 11pm
icecream 09-06-2021, 08:48 AM The new pairing of Mork and Mindy and Benson on Sunday nights is great. It is too bad Benson isn't also at 7:00 on Saturday nights instead of lousy Dennis the Menace.
Merry24 09-06-2021, 09:50 AM Please try out Dennis the Menace. It’s one of those shows that is a great escape of today’s world. Joesph Kearns AKA Mr.Wilson 1. Did a wonderful job portraying a immature grump. lol! It airs on the same stage as Young Sheldon & the middle. Hope you’ll give it a chance.
icecream 09-06-2021, 10:46 AM I have seen several episodes of Dennis the Menace in the first few years it was on Antenna TV. I agree Joseph Kearns is a wonderful actor. But Jay North sucks as the lead. Leave it to Beaver is a much better acted show all around, I wish Beaver always remained on Antenna TV instead of Dennis.
Merry24 09-06-2021, 08:09 PM I feel bad for Jay North. I know he went through a lot of hard times at this time of his life. Mr. Wilsons reaction is just priceless especially if I’m not having a good day. When Joesph Kearns is not on I really don’t watch Dennis the Menace.
I also miss having Leave It To Beaver on Antenna TV! Can you imagine Larry Mondello as Dennis.
Interestingly, some '80s-premiering shows/shows that had more of a run in the '80s than '70s remain on Antenna TV. I thought Rewind was going to house all of those shows, though I guess not.
Svenfan1234 09-08-2021, 10:25 PM Interestingly, some '80s-premiering shows/shows that had more of a run in the '80s than '70s remain on Antenna TV. I thought Rewind was going to house all of those shows, though I guess not.
They air Coach was in the 90s and others like Gimme a Break, Silver Spoons, Too Close for Comfort, and others from the 80s but yeah it really surprised me too. But maybe they are in a transitional period? After all, Rewind literally just started a week ago so they may be wanting to see how it goes before more come on. 2022 should be interesting for these shows with Welcome Back, Kotter coming back and maybe others. Archie Bunker's Place and Maude wouldn't surprise me if in January they are put in Primetime since they are very popular shows on Antenna.
BigManMike 09-08-2021, 10:31 PM Also seems odd Mork and Mindy is on Rewind. While it did run into the 80s it seems that show is more associated with the 70s.
icecream 09-08-2021, 11:29 PM Archie Bunker's Place and Maude wouldn't surprise me if in January they are put in Primetime since they are very popular shows on Antenna.Maude is not popular. It is often off the schedule, never sticks consistently anywhere.
Svenfan1234 09-08-2021, 11:32 PM Maude is not popular. It is often off the schedule, never sticks consistently anywhere.
For years it was in primetime. I never said that it was their #1 show but it must do well for them or it would not have come back at all.
Svenfan1234 09-08-2021, 11:34 PM I wish that Room 222 would come to Antenna. I know Disney owns it now but they have been shown to work with diginets with Laff so maybe Antenna can pull off a miracle.
Merry24 10-14-2021, 05:25 PM Does anybody know what Antenna TV’s Classic Christmas Collection & Antenna TV’s Christmas Through The Years Schedule is?
icecream 10-14-2021, 07:52 PM I hope Antenna TV doesn't ruin their Bewitched marathon by alternating Dick York and Dick Sargent episodes every hour like they did last year. Give us a long block of Dick York first and bury Dick Sargent after midnight.
TVFactFan 10-14-2021, 10:14 PM Does anybody know what Antenna TV’s Classic Christmas Collection & Antenna TV’s Christmas Through The Years Schedule is?
Its a little early to be thinking about Christmas, we havent even set the time back yet lol
Merry24 10-14-2021, 11:03 PM True, True!
When I saw A Very Merry Me TV schedule was announced today. Hallmark is going ALL Christmas a week from tommorow and my job is selling there Christmas products it just made me excited for my favorite Antenna TV Marathon of the year that being the Antenna TV’s Classic Christmas Collection & Antenna TV’s Christmas Through The Years. Although I AGREE 100 percent it is to early to be thinking about Christmas lol!
icecream 10-16-2021, 04:58 PM Welcome Back, Kotter is confirmed to return in January. I am making a weekday schedule here it would be nice if they did in January, also has Bachelor Father returning and Room 222 joining.

Svenfan1234 10-16-2021, 10:23 PM wishful thinking
OK, Hazel Anyday created a thread and I wondered if some new info came out today. I certainly do hope that Bachelor Father comes back in the future (Who knows? It certainly could and they have gotten the rights back to a few shows in the past few years so I could see it happening in the future) and Room 222 would be very nice to see, unfortunately Disney holds control, but maybe there will be renewed interest with the recent death of Michael Constantine. Also shows like Chico and the Man, The New Dick Van Dyke Show, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, Nanny and the Professor, and Julia would be nice to see.
icecream 10-17-2021, 07:56 PM Yes Julia would be nice. Last I knew some obscure diginet had the rights.
stevea 10-17-2021, 08:53 PM Agreed about Julia. I vaguely remember it from the original run.
Room 222 had a stellar cast and would also be interesting to see again. The only downside [to being picked up] is it's married to its time and therefore quite dated.
I have seen several of the New Dick Van Dyke episodes and it certainly doesn't compare to the original.
icecream 10-19-2021, 12:50 AM Good news: the Bewitched marathon will be largely Dick York episodes. There is no trace of Dick Sargent until 10PM.
Merry24 11-04-2021, 06:04 PM What time is the Thanksgiving Marathon & Start?

Merry24 11-22-2021, 06:07 PM I read Antenna TV’s Christmas Through The Years will air 12-5pm on WGN’s Chicago’s Merry Own with the Yule Log airring at 5AM. I wonder how they will go about airing the Yule Log on Christmas Saturday due to the fact that they air E/I programming on Saturday morning.
icecream 11-22-2021, 10:51 PM I wonder how they will go about airing the Yule Log on Christmas Saturday due to the fact that they air E/I programming on Saturday morning. They just air an hour of E/I shows a week now. For Christmas weekend that could easily be moved to Sunday instead of Saturday.

I don't think Antenna, being a subchannel, can just pre-empt the E/I hour. The main channels I think can, though.

Christmas Eve & Christmas Happy they are airring the Christmas episodes. Although I’m A little disappointed was hoping the older Sitcoms can air at Nite.
New Years Eve & New Years! Glad they are airring stunts. Why aren’t the older series on at Nite like NICK at NITE use to show it.
Wow! The New Schedule looks really good! It almost has that 2011 feeling when Antenna TV Launched. There stunts look great as well!
Glad to see Bachelor Father Back!!! Let’s add The Monkee’s & Mister Ed & Patty Duke! Perhaps it’s time to send Mchale’s Navy Father Knows Best & Bewitched & I Dream Of Jeannie & Three’s Company to Me TV & Decades in Return have Antenna TV get 3 Stooges & The My Three Sons & Donna Reed Show & Leave It To Beaver & Bob Newhart Show!!!

From 5AM (4/1) until 5AM (4/2), regular schedule with episodes featuring sidekicksI am quoting this schedule in case Antenna TV makes onlinesitcoms delete another of his accounts again.
It is so good to have Bachelor Father return! Benson deserves 11PM weeknights and not just Sundays. It has never gotten to benefit from a direct Johnny Carson lead-in. Family Ties should have at least gotten the 2PM hour on Saturdays as well, I know its main station is Rewind but with no affiliate I still can't enjoy their schedule which includes the nice 7PM hour for Wings.

12:00am Dear JohnGetting to see the Jack Benny pilot will be a treat. It is too bad that show isn't switched with Dennis the Menace weekdays on the new schedule that starts January 3.
onlinesitcoms is an Antenna TV insider who works there. His information has always been correct.
Thank you. I wasn't sure at first if the information was real or not.
Merry24 12-01-2021, 12:36 AM I wish Antenna TV can try to get rights to The Jack Benny Program Christmas episodes. He had quite a few Christmas episodes it’s a shame Antenna TV can’t air them.
I think there is also a Christmas episode or two of The Burns and Allen Show that Antenna TV can’t air as well.
Hopefully 2022’s Antenna TV Classic Christmas Collection and Christmas Through The Years they can air some or ALL the Christmas episodes also from The Jack Benny Program & The Burns and Allen Show.

It's possible some of the live broadcasts may not be available, or the kinescopes could be in need of cleanup no one is willing to pay for.
I know the first two seasons of Burns and Allen were staged like a play, with really hokey-looking scenery (at least, some of the clips I've seen). This may be among the reasons they're not seen with the rest of the series.
