Does anyone know if any channels are going to be airing,
"The girl with something extra" soon? Another great sitcom Sally Field has starred in along with John Davivdson. I just love watch her in all her sitcoms and movies. I think she is a great actress,
director,host,mother and much more.

Also Does anyone have any copies of this show, I can get
copies of it or something,but in a legal way?:wave:

YEah,that was a pretty funny show with Sally Field playing a
girl who has ESP and can read minds and stuff and no-one really
believes it!:)

I recorded the episodes a few years ago when the GetTV channel ran them. The series has been on a few of the streaming sites also.

In the episode guest-starring Joan Van Ark, I was impressed with how Joan looked as expected -- but near the end, Teri Garr appears in a very short miniskirt and is hotter-than-hot. Teri's big mass of gorgeous blonde curls didn't hurt either, even more stunning than seen here, and even in an updo that's taken down (quite sexy):

Only her Bob Newhart Show appearance has impressed me as much.

I was looking forward to the Decades channel Sally Field binge mainly to see "The girl with something extra " being that I hadn't seen this in so long sinse it was first run even!:)

But TGWSE played overnight it seems ? :confused:The flying nun was on yesterday and Gidget is on now , I like these shows but have seen them recently, I really wanted to see The girl with something extra much more !;)

I watched about 5 episodes and never once did she use her ESP powers! I recalled feeling ripped off about that way back in 1973.

Ugly, cluttered set and fashions from that period. (John sure is handsome though).

Show doesn't hold a candle to Gidget and Flying Nun - or the usually high Screen Gems standards.

Way too much Jack Sheldon in the episode I saw last night before turning in. And the color was very poor, like a yellow gel was placed over the lens.
