Colt .45 - The Complete Series is coming to Blu-ray on March 12.

The success of Warner Bros. Television’s series CHEYENNE paved the way for more Western series. 1957 saw WBTV premiere three westerns including COLT .45, a loose adaptation of the 1950 film. Set in 1870s American West, Colt .45 starred newcomer Wayde Preston as Christopher Colt, a man working undercover on assignment for the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps. Long unavailable, all 67 episodes of COLT .45 are making their home video debut on Blu-ray, remastered from 4K scans of the original negatives.

I have got some 52 eps of this series. which is about the most in trading circles.

OMG !! At first glance I really thought this thread was about Colt 45 Malt liquor ! STRONG cheap , ghetto , gutter beer !! :crazy:

The jingle went " Colt45 Malt liquor , it's a dynamite taste " !!:D Not sure if I ever had it, but I tried Olde English Ale , same thing, man that is strong, harsh beer and tastes awful !!!:eek::p

Would you happen to know if the Blue Ray release is full screen?

Has anyone bought the Bluray set that was released earlier this year? I was wondering about the quality?

The episodes are remastered from 4K scans of the original negatives. I don't know how they could mess it up. They look pretty much pristine. I would assume they are better quality and more complete episodes than what you already have.

My set arrived friday. I have not opened it yet.
