There is someone I put on my ignore list this week. It was not because of their posts which can be interesting. But I could not stand their flashing avatar or profile picture (not sure the difference here), stationary avatars are much more peaceful. I know there is an option to block all avatars but I don't want to do that, just this specific one. Then I could remove them from my ignore list.

Well if you had a browser like I do (MyIE2) you could block the URL to that icon so when it comes up you dont see it.....

This for example would work well blocking 1 avatar just by adding the URL and activating the filter :) (I have several entries in mine that are blocked when enabled)

Adding somebody to your ignore list just because of their avatar seems like an extreme reason, but I guess it can happen. Is it seizure inducing? We don't have a rule against flashing avatars. I wonder if anybody else would complain about it.

There's only a total block of avatars option. We also don't have an ignore option for users who post with green text, which some might find annoying and more difficult to read.
