Not to mention SO small that it's barely twice the length of his convertable car he was in so I say it's something he and his late first wife honeymooned in but since we only see that house's kitchen and Bobby's room, I guess everyone else is sleeping in Tiger's dog house!

The understanding I have is that we are supposed to think the pilot house is the house they live in for the shows run. Those sets were built for the pilot only which then sold so they started from scratch. Dialogue suggests the girls are moving in with Mike and his kids. Remember Carol and Mike trying to sort of closet space? And then the episode when they want to move; I think the boys remember things from when they were much younger.
