I just wondered what is the biggest lie you ever told your mother?
This post is to tell your mommy as I posted Mommy I'm sorry I lied.
Or if not the biggest,The worst. Or one that hurt her. Or one that she found out. Or the one they you felt most guilty about. Or the one that got you in big trouble.

It's not a lie exactly - more like a sin of omission.
Anyhoo, she doesn't know about it yet. I'm hoping she never finds out so I'm keeping quiet for now.

there's too many to count but one that's not so big as the rest...

it was last year the day of graduation. my mom let me go over my best friend's house. we were gonna go to the venice beach boardwalk and i knew my mom wouldn't let me go. so i didn't tell her the part about going to the beach. she dropped me off and decided to stick around and talk to her mom for like 10 mins. so her mom was wearing a shirt that said "i'm 50. want to drop me some acid?" (her mom is soo funny) and my mom's eyes just like popped out and i prayed that she wouldn't find out we were going to the beach. so then her mom said "we're gonna have so much fun at the beach, i went to school there you know." and my mom looked at me and gave me one of those "you've got some splainin' to do lucy" looks ricky gives. *sighs* i went to the beach but she was so mad after i got home. real mad. and that's it.

This isn't a lie but 1 time I was mad at 1 of my best friends. So I wrote a letter and it cussed her out and saying not so nice things. Well I thought I had ripped it up and threw it in the garbage but I didn't. It was underneath my bed and my mom found it. Was I in trouble. She came and picked me up from school and she said Jess I found a letter she asked if I wrote it and I was like yes I did. When I got home she made sit in a seat and she gave me the letter and told me to read it to her. I was crying like a baby and said no mom please don't make me read it. Well she didn't. Boy was I in trouble when my dad came home. They were both so disappointed in me.

I have 2 really bad lies
One was actually my friends fault I was driving the 4-wheeler and my friend was on the back and she all of a sudden grabed my hands and turned the stearing wheel sharply and we flipped the 4-wheeler and she fell on me and I broke my coller bone but my friend was so scared that my parents and her parents would be so mad at her and she would never get to come over again that when we went back to the yard I told my parents that the dog ran infront of the 4-wheeler and I tryed to avoid him but ended up flipping the 4-wheeler. But then my friend laughed about the accident and me behind my back so I told my parents the truth and they were really mad at me because I didn't tell them the truth and to trust that they wouldn't be upset that it happend but just glad that we were ok but instead they lost some trust in me becuase of that.

The other lie I told was really stupied actually it wasn't really a lie I just chose not to tell them about it. I got a speeding ticket and when I got home I ran up to my room locked my door and wrote the check and put in the envelop and mailed it before my parents saw it but then 2 days later my dad got a ticket and said I'm going to take a drivers safty class so I don't have to pay my ticket and get my name in the paper but I didn't say anything and that was the perfect opporunity to say I got a ticket but since I already paid it I was scared they would get mad at me so I kept my mouth shut not thinking until a week later that it was going to be posted in the paper so I got home early the day our town paper goes out and I went and got the paper and blacked out the spot that said about my ticket still not thinking that my dad gets the paper at his office very stupied so he comes home from work and goes so I read in the paper that someone went 80 miles an hour and had to pay a ticket and he siad that right in front of my face and my mom was like what and dad said and the name next to it was Adrienne and my mom was like you got a ticket and you never told us how did you think we wouldn't find out and I felt so stupied, of course they were going to find out if not from the paper from one of the gossips in town, like duh I should of just told them so my parents lost more trust in me because of that. That was a really stupied thing to lie about because no matter what they were going to find out.

That ticket one is soooooo funny!! LOL!!!

I'm sorry, but part of the reason I'm laughin' soooo much is cause I did a similar thing once.

I got a ticket when I was livin' back at home, didn't tell the folks, quietly paid it, and thought, "Phew---what they don't know won't hurt 'em---or me!" :)

Well, I dunno if they do the paper thing in my hometown---if they do, I never noticed (not a paper-reader here), so I put it outta my mind, then one day about a week or so later, I come home and my dad says, "You got a ticket?", and I was like, "What?", and he showed me this envelope...

THEY HAD MAILED MY RECEIPT AND STATEMENT SHOWIN' I HAD PAID THE TICKET TO OUR HOUSE!!!

ARRRRRRRRRGH!!

I sooooooooo didn't expect that, but of course, I had to spill it since they had the proof...and I sure didn't like the police for a few days afterward!

I didn't get in much trouble though, especially since I'd already paid for it on my own. Phew! :)

AHHHHHH LOL Byron!!! That stinks hahaha but at least you didn't get into much trouble.

Anyhoo, I honestly can't recall a time where I've majorly lied to my mom. I mean, I've done some little lies, but it's REALLY hard to lie to my mom because it's frightening to think of what you're going to get if she finds out. My mommy scares me sometimes.
