Hi all
I've recently been going through my biennial Unsolved Mysteries binge. Every couple of years the mood strikes me.
I have both Amazon Prime and I also watch on Youtube, with Filmrise and I've noticed that the L'Enfant segment is history.
That one is easily one of my favourites, it legitimately terrifies me and I"m a glutton for punishment.
Given that it's gone from Amazon and not on Filmrise, does it mean it's gone forever? Does anyone know of some way for me to procure that segment?
Thanks

it was excluded due to the fact that Bashir Kouchacji allegedly lied about the entire campaign, and also blamed the Israeli government for it. No wonder FilmRise didn't want that controversy. There are some Unsolved Mysteries fanatics that have the segment (I used to), so ask one of them.

I have it, but I don't know how to upload properly. I'll mess around with it, but I know someone here could help you out better

Whoa... I never heard that there was any kind of update where it turned out he made it up... proven or just an allegation? That was always one of the creepiest darn segments.

I don't think it was ever proven he made it up, but the story always seemed ridiculous & in more recent times he was going on anti-gay & anti Israel/Jews rants online-creating multiple websites to spread his bile.

Didn't the FBI kinda prove that it was legit?

I always hated this segment due to how inauthentic it seemed. Right up there with Katie the gold-sweating con artist and the telekinetic fraud.

Wait. What? This is impossible. From what I remember of the case, the FBI was heavily involved in the phone harassment investigation. The agency tapped his phone and within a half of year, the victim received thousands of phone calls and they were coordinated from pay phones spanning a wide spatial radius, and were coming in within seconds of each other. So unless you’re accusing the FBI of lying on his behalf...
In addition the restaurant he owned, and the psychiatric hospital he admitted himself to, also received non stop calls. Again, impossible for him to “make this up”. I don't know where you’re getting that impression.
What’s become of him since? Don’t know. But whatever he is now doesn’t discredit the hell he went through, which is verified as occurring. There may be a connection with whatever his sociopolitical rants of today are, and the torture and harassment he endured from the past. Bro has to have PTSD

I’ve noticed on this board a lot of skeptics think what they believe is true is the actual truth and have convinced themselves that’s a wrap. See Cindy James, Amy Bradley, ghost, UFO threads for examples. Seems like that’s what has happened in this thread too.
