IMO, Janice really deserves an appreciation thread. Our Mother Hen, who worked tirelessly getting everything calm and from going Wild Wild West.

Always a kind and uplifting message to anyone having a hard time. She was amazing to me as a newbie so many years ago. I really miss her and hope she’s coming along. Can hardly wait to see her back here.
