I just receive a huge college of tapes being saved from a dumpster. Few hundred tapes with tons of random obscure things you never see. Tons of E!/History programming

Tons of History channel stuff/CSPAN/UFO interviews/Sigtings/Unsolved Mysterious stuff etc.

Let me know if this is any interested to people before I store these away.

I might be interested. Do those tapes contain full episode recordings of Unsolved Mysteries?

Not sure. I think the 2 episodes I looked at were only the UFO segments. This collection I got was from someone that was a UFO fanatic. I basically took them because he had original full recordings of X-files.

I hope you still have these, definitely interested.
I am collecting Unsolved Mysteries, the old History UFO related documentaries, and a few other things.

I am also after the holy grail so to speak, a History Channel documentary that has been erased from existence from the series Conspiracy? which I could see a UFO nut having had.

Are these tapes home recordings or official releases?

Hello.. These are all recorded for TV. Tons of tapes/programing. They are all A+ quality, HQ tapes with full commercials that were stored in a climate control storage unit for over a decade. Which Docu were looking for? Because "Conspiracy" series is available on amazon. I do have the boxes of tapes, I will be moving soon, So not sure how much longer I'll have them.

Sounds like a good collection, would like to see them go to a good home in any case as they should be preserved for historical reasons. I do have a decent digitization setup for home taped material as well, so if you don't have other takers maybe we can figure something out.

As to the documentary, the Conspiracy? series is available on Amazon...minus one episode which is not included and is as close to erased from existence as you can get. That episode is Anthrax Attacks.
I have been looking for some time for it, but it is nowhere to be found on the internet, except for a single extremely poor quality foreign release. Even libraries don't have it, a search on WorldCat indicates no copies in the entire US. A single copy appears to exist in the Library of Congress, but it is a viewing only copy.

The series came out around 2004, and so any tapes from that era might have it.
