The Gloria character was still whiny, immature, not funny and a overall weak character like she was on All in the Family. She was always the weakest of the original AITF cast and nothing changes on this show. It looks like she will remain single from what I can see so far and nothing came out of her 1st date she had in the 2nd episode. The guy she was on a date quickly went back to his wife because of Gloria awful personality:lol:

Not sure how this show finished #19th. Im guessing it was because it followed Archie Bunkers place on CBS. She maybe one of my top 5 Worst Sitcom characters of All time

She was completely overshadowed by Both Doctors on the show

It had potential though. I loved the chemistry between her and Clark. He was really good to her and never talked down to her.

The more you watched the show the more she seemed like a supporting character

The writing was just so bad and none of the characters were likable.
