Free speech has nothing to do with it.

This is a privately owned and maintained website. TJ runs it the way he sees fit with the assistance of moderators. He created the site, maintains the site, and pays all of the fees to keep the site online. It's his property to do with as he pleases as long as he doesn't violate FCC standards.
