I don't think Mac was ever a regular character, but he did show up at least a couple of more times in the 1980s shows (that particular episode was his only 1960s appearance).

That was such a cute episode ! :)Did you watch it yesterday Bestie? I did! I thought it was so cute the Robot flirtation!:) I was hoping Mac would become Rosie's boyfriend , but I 'm thinking from memory watching the Jetson's as a kid, that he didn't join the cast as a regular ! ;)
