I am desperately trying to find out the name of the episode where the following occurs:

Rose is annoyed because Dorothy is not being sympathetic to her situation
(I don't recall what that was)

Rose says to Dorothy:
"You're not being very sympathetic"

and then....

Dorothy breaks the fourth wall and says:
"Catch me on a day when the story is about me."

This is the only time in the series that one of the actors has stepped out of character, and I would be so appreciative if anyone recalls the name of this ep.

Rose was upset that her car was stolen/missing, and she was insisting that it was. Dorothy didn't seem to care about this or believe her; so Rose said "Dorothy Zbornak, you could show a little compassion". That's when Dorothy came back with that retort...

By the way, this episode is where George's brother visits Blanche because of her now dead mother-in-law's will reading/settlement. Blanche falls in love with him because he totally reminds her of George...

Yep GatorSteve is spot on. Jamie visits and Blanche can't believe how much he reminds her George. Ironically, George and Jamie are both played by George Grizzard lol.
