Gosselaar, who rewatched the 1990 episode (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJ5_UcUEP9w) as part of his Zack to the Future (https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-29-running-zack/id1524292915?i=1000515237416) podcast, said he had forgotten about the racist depiction. "I cringed seeing myself portraying a white dude being Zack Morris, who is like the all-American, blond-haired white dude in an Indian Native American headdress," he said, according to People magazine. He added: "This is one of those that I don't, I don't like remember putting on the headdress. I don't remember putting face paint on. I don't remember standing in that awkward way that I was standing where my arms are folded and like a very stereotypical way...This episode would never get made in current times, and rightly so."

I don't see anything wrong with the episode. If anything it only showed personal growth that his character was experiencing. I love when Zack says that he was proud of his roots.

God bless you always!!!

In fairness, Zack is clearly called out for his ignorance pertaining to Native American culture by Miss Wentworth (https://savedbythebell.fandom.com/wiki/Mrs._Wentworth). It would be different if he portrayed a Native American like a cartoonish, one-note Tonto-like caricature and that was accepted at face value. So it isn't like nobody else in the episode didn't act offended. The whole point was for Zack to truly learn about his roots.

Of course yall don't see anything wrong with it. You aren't affected by it. For a group of people who massacred millions of natives and than have the nerve to dress as them like they are a costume. Head dresses are only suppose to be worn by chiefs. He could've did his presentation without the costume...
