This was one of the more disturbing cases. First, the poor boy was only 18 and couldn't afford his medical bills and it appeared his father was able to help him but chose not to. I do wonder where his mother was. She was not even mentioned on the segment. Even more tragic was Nancy Hyer. She just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Billy's father would be 76 if alive today but given that he was an obese alcoholic and drug abuser, it is very likely he died a long time ago. Police say the case will remain open until he is captured or his death is confirmed.
