Vicki Lawrence was the star of the show and played Thelma Harper and Carol Burnett recurred in the show’s first two seasons as Thelma’s daughter, Eunice.

Bea Arthur and Rue McClanahan appeared together on Maude before starring together on The Golden Girls some years later. And Rue and Betty White appeared on Mama's Family together before The Golden Girls as well.

Tori Spelling started as a recurring guest on Saved By the Bell as a geeky girl named Violet, while Tiffani Thiessen played Kelly. Tiffani Thiessen later joined Beverly Hills 90210 after Shannen Doherty left, while Tori Spelling was a main actor. There is a feud or lack of friendship between Jennie Garth/Tori Spelling, vs Tiffani Thiessen though.
Kevin James+Leah Remini, King of Queens and again in second season of Kevin Can Wait.
Reese Witherspoon guest starred on Friends as sister of Rachel, played by Jennifer Anniston. Years later, the two teamed up together for the Apple+ series, The Morning Show.
Probably a number of examples exist with SNL alums, but Tina Fey + Tracy Morgan is one from 30 Rock. Apparently Rachel Dratch was supposed to be primary actor for the show too but was re-cast out of the show, but made guest appearances as other characters.
