It would’ve been the funniest and best episode in Good Times history if they did. Florida gets handcuffed first and screams for James, James walks up to the police and “TCB” and tells them to back off of his wife, he gets handcuffed too, Thelma takes her earrings off and puts her fists up, she gets handcuffed third, Michael walks up to the police with his black history book in his hand, talking about Medgar Evers, Martin Luther King, and other black people, the police snatch his book away, puts duct tape on his mouth to shut him up, and handcuffs him fourth. Then J.J. prances around, clowning, and screaming DYNOMITE, and he gets arrested last but tries to resist his arrest. The Wilona comes in and sees all this and she turns back around and goes downstairs to gossip to Gurdy and Wanda about it.

Hmm.... JJ says,"Dynomite!" When something GOOD happens.... I REALLY couldn't see him thinking that his Family being handcuffed is a GOOD thing... MAYBE he'd say it, especially repeatedly like that as a DIVERSION tactic to get the Police Officers Attention on himself while the Handcuffed Evans get a chance to break themselves out of the handcuffs....
