Peete, one of the original Talk co-hosts, responded to Osbourne's apology (https://twitter.com/MrsSOsbourne/status/1370266292846960641) over her defense of Piers Morgan for his Meghan Markle comments that resulted in an emotional episode of the CBS daytime talk show this week. "I’m old enough to remember when Sharon complained that I was too “ghetto” for #theTalk...then I was gone," Peete tweeted (https://twitter.com/hollyrpeete/status/1370428336028090372). "I bring this up now bc I was mortified watching the disrespectful condescending tone she took w/her co host who remained calm & respectful because...she HAD to." Former Talk co-host Leah Remini made the same allegation (https://www.bet.com/news/celebrities/2012/03/14/leah-remini-says-sharon-osbourne-got-her-and-hollywood-robinson-peete-fired-from-the-talk.html) in 2012, that Osbourne called her and Peete “ghetto” and had asked for them to be fired. Osbourne has yet to respond to Peete's allegation.
