I was playing NCIS The Video Game on my Nintendo 3DS and I discovered something that I never found out the story. I found out that the character Ziva David has a sister named Talia who goes by the nickname Tali for short and I would like to know what happened to Talia David? Did she have an illness and passed away or did Talia get kidnapped? Was this story ever mentioned on any NCIS episodes when Ziva was on the show?
