Anyone have Charter cable and noticing that channel 40 isn't working?

I remember seeing the Hallmark channel before, but now that FOL is on, and I've actually searched for it, it seems to not be on.

Have they made it a part of just the digital package perhaps? Could it possibly be a half-day rotating channel with another channel as they've done in the past?

Keeping fingers crossed that I'll get to see FOL before it disappears again...
