We never see them actually use it, just tow it on the way to the Grand Canyon. Then we never see it again.

View Full Version : What happened to the camping trailer? Tankeryanker 03-05-2021, 10:40 PM We never see them actually use it, just tow it on the way to the Grand Canyon. Then we never see it again. CosmicCharlie 03-07-2021, 12:08 AM Was it a rental ? PracTz 03-07-2021, 08:18 PM Maybe it and the trampoline eloped. . . Tankeryanker 03-07-2021, 10:47 PM What episode had the trampoline? BestTVever 03-08-2021, 07:46 AM What episode had the trampoline? The one that Bobby was afraid to climb to the tree house and faked a sprain ankle. I always laugh at the fake Alice stunt double doing flips on the trampoline. Also if you listen you will hear Carol Brady call one of the kids by their real name. I believe she calls Peter, Chris. Tankeryanker 03-08-2021, 10:27 AM Okay, that explains it. I can't stand Bobby in that episode so I skip it. Torgo 03-08-2021, 11:39 AM Was it a rental ? As far as I remember it's never said in dialogue that the trailer was bought, so it could be assumed it was rented and returned after the trip. BestTVever 03-09-2021, 07:13 AM Maybe they were no longer using it and gave it to the gold rusher in the ghost town. :) PracTz 03-09-2021, 09:58 AM Maybe they were no longer using it and gave it to the gold rusher in the ghost town. :) I never knew Mr. Howell could drive! CosmicCharlie 03-09-2021, 10:43 AM I never knew Mr. Howell could drive! Hmmm ...that must have been the Imposter of Mr Howell, or was it Mr Bradys business associate who gave them the pool table ... ? We all know the true Mr Howell was still on a "3 Hour Tour" BestTVever 03-09-2021, 01:03 PM I never knew Mr. Howell could drive! He drove the Brady station wagon pretty darn good back to the ghost town ;) I always find it so funny how they forgave him for locking them in a jail cell in an abandoned town and stealing their car. Those Brady's are the forgiving type ;) Tankeryanker 03-09-2021, 02:21 PM He drove the Brady station wagon pretty darn good back to the ghost town ;) I always find it so funny how they forgave him for locking them in a jail cell in an abandoned town and stealing their car. But they also did the same thing in Honolulu re that prof who kidnapped their sons over the tiki- and Honolulu is THE main city in Hawaii. Yet, they even invited him to their luau after they rescued the boys. stevea 03-10-2021, 11:29 AM He drove the Brady station wagon pretty darn good back to the ghost town ;) I always find it so funny how they forgave him for locking them in a jail cell in an abandoned town and stealing their car. Those Brady's are the forgiving type ;) They also didn't appear to punish Bobby and Cindy for running off alone. Without Jimmy directing them back, the Bradys would have been minus two on the return trip. Tankeryanker 03-10-2021, 03:27 PM But they also did the same thing in Honolulu re that prof who kidnapped their sons over the tiki- and Honolulu is THE main city in Hawaii. Yet, they even invited him to their luau after they rescued the boys. I thought the cave was at a bus stop (not the middle of nowhere) and that is why Bobby was able to leave the popcorn trail (I think it was popcorn). I thought that the Prof and Howel did false imprisonment. I do not remember the Prof actually removing the kids and taking them somewhere, I thought he just did not let them leave. What were we as children viewers supposed to think when the police were never called? stevea 03-10-2021, 04:41 PM Right, Howell and V. Price the Prof. did the imprisonment. Also right, the Prof. didn't take them out of the caves, and I didn't think they were very far from the bus stop. Yes, the Bradys were a forgiving bunch. Normally you'd think imprisoning people in a ghost town and tying kids up in a cave and threatening them would be a crime. Bonniegirl 03-10-2021, 04:54 PM Hmmm ...that must have been the Imposter of Mr Howell, or was it Mr Bradys business associate who gave them the pool table ... ? We all know the true Mr Howell was still on a "3 Hour Tour" Or he was Mr. Magoo !! CosmicCharlie 03-10-2021, 05:45 PM Mr. Magoo's catchphrase was "Oh Magoo, you've done it again!" https://www.google.com/search?q=Mr.+Magoo+what+was+his+saying+?%3E&client=firefox-b-1-d&sxsrf=ALeKk02ejORY3N2cQBJy7Fb6TO5YTQzYCA:1615412480851&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=H_0ZiCM2L9cLlM%252Crl1SNreZOeNzEM%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kQ5xEu_x-rtTdyEjor2b9TRTFBHkA&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjVvti42KbvAhVkh-AKHYFcA28Q9QF6BAgUEAE Torgo 03-10-2021, 06:38 PM The prospector found gold and went on to become Mr. Brady's boss. The one with the barnacle barge? stevea 03-10-2021, 07:25 PM Nah that's his other boss, Mr. Phillips. That was when Carol had her tonsils out. |
