This got brought up in 'The Odd Couple' Forum but I'm curious if anyone else here regularly wears watches to bed ( no, I don't care to know what ELSE anyone is wearing or not wearing to bed).

I wear one when I know I will need to be going to work and/or waking up early and will need to be vigilant for the alarm clock.

Thoughts?

I don't wear watches to bed.
I have always had an electric alarm clock with a large illuminated read-out within arms reach of my bed.
And would never use a cell phone as an alarm clock.

Never in the 40 yrs of working, my good old fashioned alarm clock got me to work on time every day. Now in retirement, my body has a built in time when it seems to do it's job on schedule, amazing.

I’ve kind of done that, but instead of wearing it would hang it from the headboard.

I sometimes sleep with my fitness tracker/watch on.

I've used my cell phone's alarm to wake up for the last 10+ years. As an insomniac, I can't tolerate having a clock that I can see from my bed at night.
