Ginger and Mary Ann each have a hand on Gilligan's respective shoulders. I don't think we ever saw them both touch Gilligan at the same time.

Oh, and no one else is touching each other in this photo- not even the Howells despite them being married to each other!

Good catch! Barbara Eden said the censors were downright adament that her iconic character NEVER could show her naval on 'IDOJ' although her harem costume otherwise left little to the imagination (although there were a few shots in which it slipped out over her waistline over the years). Hence, it's not surprising that the censors likely would have felt the same re this other fantasy series.

Oh, and they EACH have a hand on Gilligan's shoulders- which also would have been somewhat questionable for the censors back in the day because it could imply that the characters might . . . more than just civilly tolerate the protagonist's company.

Maybe it's an illusion, but if you zoom in on Mrs. Howell, look at her legs. They look naked. I've never seen her legs like that. At least not that uncovered

And something my daughter noticed too, and I never did. Episode Gilligan Gets bugged. Watch Ginger in those green pants walking through the jungle with Maryanne, and the way Gingers pants hug her body and see something you would never expect to see, and many guys got a hint of their fantasy handed to them. I'm amazed the crew didn't catch it and reshoot.

I've watched the show dozens of times over 55 years, but I see there's still more to see.

Could be that this wasn't as visible inn the original broadcasts usually on black and white sets, but now can be seen with the newfangled Blu-Rays and HD?

There was an episode where a rowboat appeared in the lagoon, but they were suspicious and sent it off with 7 dummies on board and it blew up.

Probably just a coincidence, but the boat is red with white trim & Gilligan's shirt is red with white trim (the collar.)
